I agree. I called them once when my dogs got into my iron tablets. I didn't know whether it was one or both dogs, but I knew how many pills were missing. The $50 fee was well worth learning what the toxic level was ( I recall it being 10 mgs per pound) and there was not enough missing to be toxic, even if only one dog ate all the missing. Whew!! I keep the number in the cell directory. :-)
