Hey all. Does anyone use The MissingLink PLUS? My boss told me about it and I picked some up yesterday. It's a little pricy, but sounds like it's worth it. $24 for a small bag of it. It has glucosamine {spelling} in it also. She said her 8 year old dog is acting like a puppy again! I guess it took a good month for the stuff to kick in, but when it did, it was well worth it. I started putting it into the dogs food last night. They all seem to love it. I have to feed them all separetly so that they don't steal one anothers food though. I release them when the last one is done, which is ALWAYS Downy, lol, my smaller mix. Wish she wasn't so danty when she eats. Any way, if you use this product, let me know how it's working for your dog also. Thanks.....

I have been using MissingLink Plus for my 6 1/2 year old female for the past month. I have been pleased with the results. Look around though, I spent half that for a small bag.

I just bought my first bag of it today, lol. We got it at Petco for $24.99, but we used our PALS card so it was like $22.50. It's cheaper at PetSmart by a few dollars, but it wasn't in stock there.

There are 2 different sizes in the bags. I bought the bigger one. I can't wait to see how it works on them.

a question for you: if you feed this every day, do you still give gluc/chon supplements? i currently give angus 1500mg/day along w/HA and esterc and colloidal silver and omega-3 (salmon oil) every day. i'd love to cut back on a pill here or there, although when i mix yoghurt or cottage cheese or minced raw chicken w/dry food, he rarely leaves a pill behind. still, i feel i'm supplementing the heck out of him. ever since he was diagnosed w/hd a few months ago, i've just been trying to do the best i can for him for the future. plus, he's STILL dealing w/pano occasionally ( i just had xrays done again - pano, thank god and his hd hasn't worsened). i guess i'm looking for as close to a miracle as i can get for him.

I would cut back on the pill and try this missing link for a good month. It has everything the dog needs in it. Maybe more! I am going to try it for a month and see what happens.

sounds like a reasonable plan. he's very good about his pills, but you can see he just is tired of taking them (plus, he is on some meds for a big goopy runny nose and cough - almost gone) and its just getting pathetic for us both. thanks and i'm gonna pick some up tomorrow.

Kewl, gl with it. You can get it at any pet store. I bought the PLUS that has the glucosimine in it. $24 a bag. For my dogs I have to put 3 teaspoons in their food at each feeding. They are around 75 lbs. It gives the instructions on the bag. My dogs gobble their food right up and looks like they like the taste of it.

Ive used it for years , when I get low on meat I pull out the plus bag, warning go slow on it....do not use much the first week tiny amount each day it warns you on the package....too much fiber and contents too fast will cause diahrea........once the dog gets use to it,,,,its great.......for those of us that get tooo busy to give and buy and thaw raw meat...and round up the veggies.....
