Sunsilver

I was at the Canadian National yesterday, and as I was leaving, I saw this big black and red dog, with a larger than average head. I did a double-take, and said, "That looks like a German bred showdog!" The owner, an grey-bearded gent with a beer belly agreed that yes, it was, and began to list his titles, which included American champion, SchIII, etc.

C'mon, you know who this is....

Still looks damn good for a dog that will soon be 12!     And you can see from that sparkle in his eye that he's still enjoying life...

Is that Jim v Feimereck? If it is, he looks good for his age!!!

Yep, that's Jim! I did take another pic of him with his owner, but the owner kind of spoiled the picture...

I should clarify that this was the CKC conformation and obedience show in Kitchener, Ontario. Jim was the only German bred dog I saw, though there were quite a few German names in the obedience competition.

Does anyone know what males went select this year?

The special classes were run today. I wasn't there. Unless someone else was there in person, you'll probably have to wait until GSDCC posts them on their website: http://www.gsdcc.ca/gsdcc2.html
