I have watched that clip a few times in the past. Notice the dog bites handlers hand in this one too and the handler doesn't freak out about it.
Just like when your best friend in high school is in a fight and when you try to break it up, you get a square one on the nose. Shit happens in the heat of it all. No flinging of dogs on their back or submissive holds.
