Papers - Page 1

Ok  i need some one to help me out. When i bought Fado all i got were copies of his papers. I have been in contact with the SZ. They have said they can do nothing with copies. Fado was shipped over to the USA for the use as a police dog. The kennels where i got him from did not purchase the papers with him. Fado real name is Fado Vom Kapbusch. He does have the right tattoo in his ear. Does anyone know anyone at the Kapbusch kennels that could help me out.

He may have been sold at a reduced price because of use as a police dog and not for a breeding dog so the kennel may be reluctant to send you the papers.  I would bet they will ask for a fee to sell the papers to you.  Good luck.

Call the breeder. The SV can give you his number. He can probably help straighten things out. There should be a list of previous owners on the back of the annentafel, if you got a copy of the back page. the SV will likely have records of that too.

It can be a real bear, take forever, (believe me, I know!)  but persistence can pay off no matter how messed up the paperwork is.
