I've had some funny stops but not one quite as funny as this. I definatley would have called for additonal units to assist.

That video is great I watched it this morning. Did you hear him ask the police officer to scratch

Hahahahahaha, this is so funny. I can't recall any of the officers I worked with ever get this request. I'll have to ask hubby if he's ever had the offer!! This was just to funny. hahahahahahaha
