Conformation opinions please? - Page 1

I have my bullet proof armor on.

What do you think of her and which photo do you like the best. She's coming up on 9 months old and she's not in full coat.

I'm no conformation expert but I think your female looks pretty nice :) Her pigmentation is pretty good :) I just love her face. If you plan to show her, I think you would get some nice ratings. I think her back is just perfect.

There is a SV conformation show a few hours from me in a few weeks and I had thought about showing her. Not sure if that makes sense to do since she just blew her coat.

Any opinions on that?

She's a nice little bitch -

I like the first pic best, mainly because her front legs are under her a little better - in the others, her legs are angled with the front feet out forward.  When stacking, if you do it by hand, you might try putting her front legs too far under her (on purpose), because when you go to set the rear, it should put her right back in line. And  ideally her rear lower leg (facing the camera) should be straight up and down from the point of the hock to the ground. In the pics, it is angled a bit  too far back..  Most judges at a summer show will understand coat condition as to the time of year, as long as it is not dull and dry. 

I agree with altolstland,  The first picture is closer to a correct stack,  her hind leg is still too far back,  But it's better than the other photos where her front legs are too stretched,  making her shoulder appear a little too strait,  but again from a photo it's hard to tell for sure,  Love her topline,  Nice wither,  exccellent back,   Really good croup length,  the tail set in the first photo looks a little high, but then looks better in the other photos again hard to tell.  Good dark mask,  good dark eyes,  Love them ears,  Love her expression and face !!   would like to see her chest a little deeper but that should come with time,  She is young !!

That's exactly the kind of detailed comments I was looking for! I really appreciate all the help with the comments about stacking her better. I have taken about a zillion photos of her so far and I'm sure I will take a few zillion more!

I feel this girl seems to have acquired the best physical and personality characteristics of mom and dad that she could have.  I'm very happy with her and I appreciate all your comments.
