Dear Senator Negrete McLeod:
We STRONGLY oppose AB 1634 (Levine), which forces castrations and
hysterectormies of all dogs and cats...
State your reasons.
Therefore, we respectfully ask that you OPPOSE AB1634. AB 1634 is
ominous
socially and disastrous financially for California and for your
constituents.
Defeat of AB1634 makes good policy and economic sense.

It limits each dog/cat to one litter of puppies then must be spayed/neutered. Also, you have to give the puppies away - you are not allowed to sell them!!!!
