can u post pic of ear on site so we can all see exactly where u mean   the tip , I assume.....called soft ears....do they stand up when pup alerts, and then flops over slightly? If large pup, this may correct itself,   give a cow hoof to chew while in kennel....or crate,,,,,also feed yogurt and cottage cheese, evry day as the teeth, bones and rest of body is using lots of it   not supplements  to gather in joints and pancreas,,,,,,natural calcium in food.....

What type of glue are you using? I would also feed yogurt, and you can also put in Knox gelatin in the food. You can use the powder form or the caplets. With the caplets, you do need to crush them up. It would also be nice to see a pic of your pup like yellow rose had mentioned.
