I'm throwing another one of those hypothetical questions out there.
Anyone have any experience with registering a kennel with either U.S.A. or the SV?
This is something that I'm doing some research on as I have a bitch that I "may" like to breed at some point. We talking two years or so down the road. And I'd like to do this the right way, ie: per SV/U.S.A. breeding regulations. Just want to know how someone like myself, without a kennel would go about starting something like this. By no means am I looking to get into any serious breeding, but would like to breed per regulations.
Thanking you in advance for your NICE answers!
Regards,
Kathy

contact USA - they would know the detailed answer to your question - yes you can have a registered "kennel" name - whether or not you actually have a kennel - one dog for breeding is enough to have a registered kennel name. Come up with a name, make it german-sounding "vom ...." or not - then register it, get a kennel "code" for the tattooes for the puppies.
