Can someone tell me how another person can go in and change the information on a dog not owned by them.   I have recently found a photo of one of my females taken off and a photo put on which is not my female -  and I cannot find how to delete this and what would be the use if this person can come back and repeat their action.  Surely there should be some security system whereby the official owner only can assess the information.!!!???

There is a utility on this database that will show you who made a change to a pedigree and when they did it. Open the pedigree for the dog and find the "Change History" function. Oli added this function several months ago to track who was modifying pedigrees.

This is an open database, and for the time being any registered user can submit and/or change a pedigree.

Jean, you can change the photo back by doing an update.

Thanks bob-o  can I hire you to clean up my mess? or just delete it all and start all over myself when I learn how?

Yes the information that has been given is correct but both these functions appear to have disappeared on the revised edition by the unamed individual.  So where does one go from here - I would have to put it all on again and what would be the point if it can happen again and again.
