Chinito, just wash the bitch as you normally would and things should be fine. After she delivers her puppies I would not wash her again until the puppies have been weaned. You may use a shampoo developed for human babies and it will not harm her. Maybe I am overly cautious but I would not let her sit in a washtub during the bath.
She will be dirty after giving birth, but will clean herself as much as she can. If you wish to clean her while she is nursing, just use a cloth dampened only with water.
Nursing puppies need to be in an environment that is chemical-free, and that includes their dam. Good luck to you.
Regards,

Use a bio-degradable baby shampoo, dilluted to about 1 tbls per gallon in a bucket of warm water. Use a big sponge to wash the dog. Rinse thoroughly.
Low-sudsing, Shaklee laundry detergent works well too, well well-diluted, (if you have it) and rinses more easily than shampoos.
Good luck with your litter.
