Hello Everyone,
What do you call this phenomenon when puppies were born normally at 400 to 450 grams but refused to gain weight after a week of milk from their mother. Actually their weights had decreased. Later on, we had fed them with lactose-free formula but one by one pup is dying. Why is this happening? What do you call this phenomenon? Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon.

WOK, you asked a similar question over a week ago - mother's milk is not good enough for puppies - so you have obviously had this concern since this litter was whelped. Newborns don't survive for very long without proper nutrition. It's only common sense to understand that puppies can starve to death in very short time. Is this you first litter? You might have fading puppy symdrome which requires a lot more from you than feeding them a lactose-free formula. As Vermon Lady said, take them to a vet immediately. If they can't be saved, have the vet put them down humanely rather than allowing more to die on their own.

why isn't the mother's milk good enough for the puppies????? Why would you supplement with a lactose-free supplement? Have you consulted your vet on an adequate supplement for the pups if the mother is not feeding them? If the mother is not caring for them at all - are you stimulating them to defecate/urinate? If not that will kill them alone, if they are not starving from lack of nutrition. Too many unanswered questions to help you via internet - consult a vet immediately or lose the litter.

Take the puppies in Immediately to see your vet !!! I can not understand what you are waiting for, Or why you have waited this long already.
There are several phenonmenons tha could cause a maiden bitch to not care for a litter...
She's too young at Maturity level (not talking age level here)
She's in poor shape and feels caring for the pups would jeopardize her own health maybe she has heart worm or some other health condition that is not visible to you nor obvious but she knows it's there.
There are also several genetic issues out there that would cause the litter to die after whelping, as well as communicable diseases, oh Like Brucellosis.
don't wait any longer, Take them in and as Blitzen said have them humanely euthanized rather than allowing them to continue to die a painful suffering death if your vet can not assess what the problem is, That is WRONG of you to do this them (making them suffer). When you chose to breed this litter you assumed the responsibility as they're care taker and YOU are the one who is responsible for making decisions IN THEY"RE best interest. DO THE RIGHT THING NOW for them PLEASE !!!
