I have new for you Vielenbache, there are charges filed in Jackson County , Texas against you, for theft of two puppies by Cecil and Donna Wright.     so go hide like you have been . You danced away from the certified letter sent you, refused the emails sent by the other parties, and it is public record when charges are filed...but they are in the hands of the deputy.....Second,

I dont have to be whatever you said word,,,,,I am in the right....I sold you a pup with a signed contract and told you vervally not to remove the name  Triple H from the akc registration papers, that I wrote in the blanks.....contract is very straightforward about that...Akc has nothing to do with my name being on the papers...I dont have to ask them , for any reason.....that is my name  DBA and I can use it on any transaction I want and I can by that contract , that told you , any attempt to remove it from the papers upon leaving my property, would result in the seller,,,me, filing charges on you, the buyer...

You , lied to me , when I found it on the database, and said  no , just because I didnt put it on the database and I replied "DUH"

You also put a post on the database of a dog named  TRIPLE"H Mahalia vom Vielenbache , with my dogs as parents and there is no such dog and didnt sell you such a dog ,,,I told you I removed the TRIPLEH and the parents and you could do what you wanted with the rest...

You then put Jeremiah for sale on Puppyfind.com  and told me if I didnt like  it   tough   again the contract says I have to give you permission to sell or transfer the puppy.. I told you to your face   this pup is not for resell...! You immediately said   Oh I know , its for me......

To top it off, you jacked the price up and when I ask for your address to pick up the pup and meet you, you emailed me    "I have decided not to resell you at this time Jeremiah.....still having him for sale...

Then someone on this database discovered and posted it that JEREMIAH  has already been registered by akc without the TRIPLE H

and Jennie posted who owned it and what the name was....

You said your attorney told you contracts are not good on dogs in Texas     bullcorn with a capitol C   You think you can do what ever you want with what ever you get from me , the Wrights , the Breeder in Dallas who emailed me , and the other people you are in Dutch with,,,so go ahead    do whatever you been doing  and keep on with it,,,,,but when the deputy showws up you can run ,

I have nothing to hide from   I dont like you, and I dont want to do business with you and I am so sorry the Little Jeremiah ,.didnt go to the people that chose him in the first place......If you cant respect breeders that sell you their stock and put certain restrictions that they deem worthy of how they do business, then you dont need to be in this business..........You dont care what you sell or who too, or about the people you try to fool......I guess Shandra and I fall into the bucket with the rest...but I wont fall in that bucket again   and Cecil and Donna wont either....

It seems this is not the first time you have been down this road , and that other breeder is right here on this data base.......top producer in working line gsds...
