Kiserhoff What do you want her for? It sounds from everyones posts you are wanting to breed but in your post you just ask about her color, maybe I have missed something. Have you met her? Do "you" like her? Those are somethings you should ask yourself. She looks to have alot of rear but the picture is not very good and the stack is horrible. Alot depends on what your wanting, she could be a nice dog for you.

I don't want anything for her. I was just putting it out there that the first female was for sale, and I looked at her and wanted opinions. The second female is my baby . This is the look I am looking for that is all.No biggy!
I am looking for hopefully a titled female that I can work with. I am learning alot and keep researching alot of dogs. I read daily even when my hubby gets annoyed by me constantly being on here. I will not miss nothing. I want to learn all I can so my dogs can be the best they can be....
I used to listen to just people and NOT to expirience but now I do both........I want to learn all I can is there anysites I can go to to learn more....?.....

I think this girl is at best medochre and not helped at all by a terrible picture. Depends on your goals for her. What's her personality like? I think I would have her spayed and try to find a good pet home for her.

I sure wouoldn't judge any dog on such a poor photo. You could take a great dog going out of coat, stack it like this one is stacked, take a poorly exposed photo and make it look bad. Ursus would look like a pet if photographed this way .

I agree, Blitz! If she got her Am Championship, she must have SOMETHING going for her conformation-wise, even if she is overangulated, as most Am showdogs are. When I try to take away the poor lighting, I think she DOES have a half-decent topline, and the 'dip' is due to the light only. Her head looks feminine, and could be quite nice of her ears were up, and she had an eager expression on her face. The legs might not look so weak boned if she were her proper weight. The pasterns and feet look good on the one front leg we can see properly.

Kiserhof You will be the best judge of the dog in the first photo. Not all dogs can work no matter what lines but all dogs need a home. So maybe your the one for her and vice versa. Don't let other peoples opinions get in the way of what is in your heart. It will come back to haunt you... I also frequent this forum, it is moderated so no name calling or bashing. There are alot of good people and advise. http://www.gsdworld.net/invboard/index.php I don't think you will find many people on these boards liking American lines so be prepared for some negativity about this girl. I have owned German x American dogs and I liked them, to each his own.

Agree with all you've said, Sunsilver. Groom her, set her up right and photoshop some black and red into her coat like a lot do on here and she'll look a lot better. Jimmie could make her look like a dream dog. Photos are liars, I could even make Blitz look good with the right software. I'd never buy a dog based only on a still photo.

Thanks Blitzen, not much sleep and only a half a cup of coffee, surprised I could type let alone think.... we have wildfires going here and some equipment out. I spent the night waking up thinking the phone was ringing..

I expect the same thing to soon happen around here, Trailrider. We are in the midst of one of the worse and earliest droughts in recorded history, everything is drying up including the farm crops. Our hope is for the tail end of a hurricane, normally our summer drought buster here in southern PA. The only good thing I can think of is the fleas and mosquitos won't reproduce as much this year. Always an upside to everything .
