I'm trying to get my webpage finished - but need some help with my puppy questionnaire. I've inputed everything, but can't seem to get it to come up for me when I try to go in and test it.
Could someone please visit my page, and run a test for me. You don't have to put your real information in the questionnaire, but just kinda run through it and then submit. I would really appreciate it.

Thanks everyone, so much, for your help! All Info came across ok....have some tweeking i have to do, but that just my I D 10 T error. (OK, really look at that error now! spells idiot, meaning me! rofl)
