If we can all learn how to take a piece of this and piece of that from those who truly desire to knowledgably advise those of us who seek advice/experience/knowledge, There is a wealth of knowledge to be taken from this board.
Not that I am anxious to dismiss anyones posts, As even those opposing a view/opinion on a subject may very well have a point too, It is much in how it is conveyed as to how it will be received/perceived.
Conveyed correctly even an oppositional view can be given the respect it may be due if your so inclined to broaden your minds and "think outside the box"
I think most of us here enjoy the meaningful conversations held here, I think the posts that are interupted/corupted have they're uses too, if nothing more than to expose those who would offer nothing useful. Personal agenda's are problematic and often lend no useful productive conversation to the rest of the board.
My personal opinion is that I love the fact there are people here who will take time out of they're day to help others, absolutely FREE !! I respect those people and hope they will always be around !!
So A big Thanks to all !!!

Well said! The new will learn from the old and the old may even learn a thing or two from the new if we all keep an open mind and perspective. At one point or another the experienced folks were new once themselves and did not know much. They learned from those who new more, who'd been around longer and who'd already made and learned from their mistakes. It blows my mind when I see someone get bashed in the midst of seeking out advice or help simply because they were "new" or less experienced. The older folks seems to forget where they came from and I think that is a valuable thought to keep in mind before judging anyone. For the most part there are many helpful individuals here that recognize one's inexperience and thirst for knowledge and they extend themselves to help in any way. To those you are commended. Let's try not to scare off the "new" not so "thick skinned" individuals that are looking for guidance because they too may be trying to do the right things with good intentions but just don't know where to go for it.

Exactly guys, this is why I stay around even after the past couple days of... "OMG when will this shit stop"? Now back to the real posts, that we can learn from. I think if nothing else, some of us learn how to communicate better online. I know I am and still working on it. I've been slapped and taught a little respect as well. Only hurts for a minute and lesson stays with ya. =)

Echo, you started this post and my comments are one has to be somewhat knowledgable. Then you have to read between the lines! I applaud 4 packster as she always demonstrates a willingness to learn as much as she possibly can and gives this DB alot of her time. Animules is same ballpark as lady 4.
