How does someone get a dental notation? What are the papers etc. that you need? If a dog has all of their teeth, but I want to have it in case one get broken or has to be pulled. Thanks, Theresa

For the United Schutzhund Clubs of American, the requirements are noted at the following link: http://germanshepherddog.com/regulations/dental_notation_procedure.htm After conformation shows and breed surveys, clubs often ask the judges if they will inspect dogs and record the findings on the appropriate paperwork. It can be done on the pedigree papers, the scorebook or on a separate form provided by the USA.
