Ajaye posts, Bo, so sad for GSD - Page 1

Have spend many hours in last weeks to read here much sadness and anger. Many topics pass, some short und some not. Much good knowledge and many what we can read people tell show how really care for all GSD not just own dogs. Except for Ajaye. So much messages about Ajaye! This Melissa Kolbe is so big problem for GSD. Messages here so many, only stop for short time before come back. Some time more of same problem but different people, sometime new problem, always get worse problems. I talk to her long time ago. For make big impression to interest buyer, she say her business partner in Germany is Dirk Gabriel. She say many things. He send her dogs. He make breeding and send her puppies. She say he choose for clients. But hear later from others what dogs from his breeding or choice coming with big problems many times. She say they work together. Is true? How such a German breeder/handler what is done ok at sieger shows make such a choice of parner? Is same in heart dishonest? What to do to close this operation? Is not real kennel. Ajaye not even real, no house, no kennel building dog home for buyer to visit and see proper structure, no clean kennel, no training facility, no whelping area separate or prepare. No see at shows. No see at trials. No big invite "here we are located, visit anytime". Ajaye seem live only on internet, just money market, broker? Why make breed old female on EVERY CYCLE. Where? In barn? in crate? in garage? In RV? Send to innocent person for Melissa keep breed every cycle, then sell never end puppies, in return? Shame and dishonor to breeder Melissa Kolbe! Sunshine, I wish for you big luck to find this Bo. In 3 or 4 year now have see many of ads von Ajaye site. Have make Ajaye site compare to other sites, very big, but study of history of information find much is very different. Make me scared for GSD. Make me scared for what have buyers have get from Ajaye? May get dogs, maybe not even right dogs, may be sick, maybe have defect, no post of return or refund found, but see also talk of problem to get papers. Look like this Melissa Kolbe what run Ajaye she must be breed every heat not just Bo, also others. Same names come up for two or more litters each year on each female. Must be is breed every heat in these three years, and have big litters even. Female Bo is treat only like gold-mine for sure. Maybe Bo bred again and maybe she dead from too many puppies too close. So old! I hope Bo not dead and you are having success to find her and rescue. Even if I never know this dog Bo, but only from posts on this site, it is make me very sad for her. Please, someone find Bo and make for her a Christmas present to make connect to sunshine. Look like many make also wish to make so this Melissa Kolbe not allow to keep or sell any GSD. Where is AKC, SV, WDA, police, humane society, newspaper? Asleep? Have same messages to here, be make to these places?

Thank you ! Lars and Sunshine.....You just don't know how really sad it is. As you all know.,I got pup from Melissa that began its life malnourished, now has overbite, and now we are testing for incontinence...It seems the pup can not hold its urine when the bladder fills...the urine just dribbles down its legs as its walking to door to go out or ... she goes out..urinates...comes back in and walks as she continues to urinate.. Also, at times when she goes to jump up on furniture...she will urinate......At first, we were so concerned with other issues, we thought the urine problem was a training problem...now, with close observation, we are questioning the problem. She has Vet appt today to address this issue ! Now ...this is a BO X Tasso pup...Melissa told me herself this was Bo's last litter...I asked over and over for pics of Bo...she only referred me to the head shot on the website and one other undefined pic. I know she told me 2 pups died...I really question if Bo is alive...My pup was in terrible condition...and if Bo is so old and overbred...I wonder if this is the reason for so many problems with this pup. Melissa recently told a friend of mine, that Bo is still alive and well...and living with her...God Knows WHERE.. if this is even true. I do not believe a word out of her mouth. She also told me BO was her FAVORITE and PERSONAL DOG..IF THIS BE TRUE...CAN ONE EVEN IMAGINE THE LIFE OF THE OTHER DOGS?? Lars...Please, if you know any of the POWERS THAT BE in GERMANY..please voice your opinions and knowledge of the problems we are encountering with this woman in the US ! She is doing the GSD BREED great damage with her breeding practices and the products of this service (puppies and dogs) are hurting...she markets these dogs as representation of the best of GErmany !! She BOASTS of her political connections in GERMANY.. Melissa Kolbe wrote me she had a partner that was a Judge in Germany...would this be Dirk Gabriel ?? ...surely this is an untruth ..no Judge would support such practices?? GSDWINS -- hi -- how are you today ?? --- there are asian remedies for incomntinece -- a frien of mine had that problem .. her vet gave her i believe some hormonal therapy that did not work !! my friend is into holistic medicine so she contacted a chinese [ i believe ] herbalist , ? acupuncturist in boston , Ma. -- they gave her GSD some herbs etc .. dog was not incontinent from that point on as long as the remedy was administered .. you can take it from here .. my vet does acupuncture and accupressure on dogs for many ailments .. i could ask him about that if you wish -- a happy holiday season to you --

I am so sorry to hear of this type of thing happening. I may have missed it but did you own Bo at one time? I looked up the Ajaye website..it looks so professional I can see why people could get taken. Bo is beautiful and I hope you find her and give her a good home..I just can't believe this could go on for so long, that this owner could get away with doing this to the dogs...and what kind of life is it for the puppies?! NOw did I read her site correctly..she owns Ursus von Batu? I could be wrong. IF she doesn't own her then the people who do need to not breed to Ajayes studs anymore....if that is the case. Maybe if the big name GSd owners quit doing business with them, they will lose business...I don't know..something should be done. But how..

We, too, attempted to find, then buy, Lissa vom Winnloh last year and we were told in an e-mail reply that she was not for sale. Would like to know where she is and, at least, that she is well taken care of. We own her littermate, Lucca. He is a certified polce K-9, V-rated,2X-Sch3 and KKL1 (LBZ) and is producing nice quality pupppies. That entire "L" litter, vom Winnloh, was a very nice group of dogs! We were told at the USA Sieger Show in Nashville that Lissa is in Kentucky and was in poor shape, but were unable to find out where exactly she is located or anything else about her. Sunshine, I hope you locate Lissa and then post her whereabouts and/or what kind of shape you find her in. Thanks!

And........what are we doing to the German lines that we hold so dear ? Americans...Germans...Help Save the Dogs !! Stop the Desecretion of the GSD BREED !

Hi everyone, I don't really have anything to add to that Ajaye mess out of own experience (thank god), but I would like to mention Dirk Gabriel. I do not really know him other than he handled a dog for me years ago at the 1996 USA Sieger Show in Dallas. We owned a dog named Maxi von Arlett, which we had just gotten from Germany a month or so before. After standing exam, she was menat to be in 2nd place in her class (Youth), but failed the gun test. Dirk Gabriel was very sorry about that, but stuck it out to the end. We did not know him before, a mutual acquaintance - Walter Koetters - just helped us out with a handler friend, since our other one had a male to handle running at the same time. Also, Dirk did not want a fortune either from us. I did not realize it was him who helped us out in Dallas years ago, until I saw him an Ajaye's website. Also, friends of mine (and Sunny) in Germany e-mailed me today that they are sorry their good friend Dirk hsa such a bad reputation here in the U.S. because of that terrible kennel Ajaye (I am quoting them). He is not in contact with Mrs. Kolbe anymore and was not aware of all that, according to them. I am writing all this because I feel that Dirk Gabriel should have a chance to tell his side of the story. If need be, I will be happy to translate for him. Chris

Dear Chris, It is always very disappointing when we discover our own country-men making us defend them and trying to over-compensate for the damage they are doing or have done. I have been privy to email communication to and from Mr. Gabriel that indicates that he is in full command of the English language. We who are on foreign soil and try to follow everything according to a high standard, try to set a good example of the character of our country. It is a true shame that the over compensation is just a drop in the bucket when it compares to the damage done. . . Sunny
