Apparently he knows a lot being he was the youngest law professor at Harvard, ever, what are both of your qualifications? Oh and do you both have wikipedia pages discussing your accomplishments? I am thinking he knows more about law than both you guys put together. Anyways thanks for the laugh.

Um... yeah, I read those cases of his... he gets off wife murderers and thinks porn is okay, and? Hey, he's got an honorary degree from my alma mater! LOL

You really have no idea about my accomplishments. Some do, but really, I don't like a lot of attention, believe it or not. Just it is natural for people to want to show a little appreciation is all. And sometimes you have to let them.

Look, you hate the Patriot Act so much, because you hate Bush even more... (and you say you don't hate many people)... well that is your Achille's heel of hate! It makes you ignore the approach allowed by the powers that be. True, I am not and never will be a lawyer. I still can understand what is going on here. I would think his "hour" is up by now, if he's begun writing to communicate? Presumably because the interrogation has started? 

I did hear it say the charges will be including weapons of mass destruction, so the death penalty maximum is on the table. You want to save him so badly so you can kill him? I really just want answers. Then see if he was a pawn or the spawn of the devil.

Oh I don't hate Bush, I dislike what he did and his approach. Hate is to strong a word in my opinion. I don't like the fact that dems support the Patriot Act either.

I want to kill him? lol, no not really. I think the government and the people of Boston want him put to death.

1 hour? According to some they have 48 hours but in all actuality they have as long as they decide.

Ok... I just read somewhere... it said up to 48 hrs. But the other point is, they don't need whatever he says during this "public safety special exception" interrogation time, to prove him guilty in a court. They already have such overwhelming evidence against him. My sister-in-law got shot in the neck. She was a mess. It took a while to heal and impossible to talk with tubes in her mouth. He'll have to be treated with kidd gloves for a lot longer than 48 hrs. So I wouldn't expect any physical pressure. The pressures of the mind at this time probably work to the interrogators favor, in a practical way, I would think?

One other thing. I can't image he will have many mourners, true, if it comes to that. Just the whack-o's I saw on a funny Twitter article... (this hashtag business the kids do... I just can't get into it!)  I did wonder if he might not be able to survive in prison? I wonder how the prison population rates homegrown terrorists on a hate scale? 

There is no truth or justice left in this country.
 

I would guess he will be kept away from the general prison population until they put him to death.

We have allowed our government to write their own rules in the name of national security when our nation is not under any real threat and it wouldn't matter if it was.
We the people just bend over and take it like always.

And what cute names they come up with Patriot, Enemy Combatant, we have no idea what living with terrorism is like , YET.
