It should BEE buzzing all around the stratosphere, if it is enough for the Russians to get their stingers all pointy!  That story has holes BE4U, and I can't get back those minutes of my life I spent reading it all. True, you can never unlearn now a Bee farmer raised bees to be resistant to Monsanto's pesticides for 15 years and the government came and stole them from him.

Where is the proof of that? He was a teacher and has no records of data, or journals? If it is true science he can "recreate it". I have no doubt he is a learned, even a master beekeeper, but seems his brand of science could not best the "Powers that Bee." There is more to the story, like everything else. I'm sure the State of Illinois has their version of what is correct or proper regards to foulbrood.

If the state stole his bees he should be compensated.
