Why is it people need a scapegoat? Alex Jones is a nut job, however he isn't promoting terrorism or even insinuating people should resort to terrorism. By all accounts the bombers appear to be Islamic extremists, so what purpose does it serve to blame Alex Jones? If we send Alex to jail, who's next?

I wouldn't call a nut job like Jones a "scapegoat" but I do think that he and those like him do have the abilty to influence the mentally unstable in a bad way. Whether that applies to the Boston bombings, we will never know.
