Spread the love
There it is admin, betraying you yet again. Not everyone's positions, actions, or behaviors are a function of the emotive. You're not making any sense. Not sure why you are fixed on minimum wage. Would you prefer to discuss that instead?

"Not everyone's positions, actions, or behaviors are a function of the emotive." Betraying me? So, your opinions/feelings of subversion are what and are grounded in what? You used Obamacare in your post - hate to tell you this but Obamacare was not an EO. Yes, EOs may have been issued to deal with certain aspects of the law but the law itself was not an EO.

by Carlin on 22 February 2014 - 17:02
SMH.Oh I guess you aren't up on current events, my bad.
An opinion is not a feeling, certainly not in the emotive sense. My positions are not any more partisan than they are emotive.opinions/feelings
Now Obamacare, lol. I believe the quote reads that Obamacare is in fact a law, though it will likely take a decade to sort out all of the illegalities:
is not any particular law like Obamacare

So, back to your original post.
"To me, the most dangerous idea coming out of Washington right now is not any particular law like Obamacare; it’s the attitude behind it, the belief that our constitutional form of government is not to be respected. President Obama has brought to the forefront this attitude with his recent declaration that he’s not going to wait for Congress to act, that he will do whatever he can to advance his political agenda, even if Congress disagrees. His latest iteration of his willingness to act unilaterally is to smugly warn he has a phone and a pen, an intimation that he can simply make something happen all by himself:"
Wait for Congress to do what Carlin? Oh BTW, when we copy things off the net and we don't want people to think we wrote it, we generally provide a link to the copied material or at the very least quotation marks. The highlighted remark is the basis for your whole me, me, me constitutional gibberish.

So, back to your original post.
How disappointing; I was looking forward to another link in the chain of diversions. We jump from one thing to the next, and it has not gone well for you. I would venture to guess it's because you have nothing good or useful in mind, but stranger things... .
Wait for Congress to do what Carlin?
Watch the lesson I provided you, the way in which I prescribed, if you're really interested in learning something. It does seem to escape you for the fixation on the blue light at the end of the tunnel you are peering down, but it is in black and white above as to what my concerns are regarding the post, and they are in no way partisan.
The highlighted remark is the basis for your whole me, me, me constitutional gibberish.
That's a remarkably ignorant statement.
Edit: "BTW" - guess what happens you google Alan K Snyder ?

by GSD Admin on 22 February 2014 - 20:02
So, for the record please describe this subversion you see? Also, what has the President not waited on Congress for? How is he side stepping the constitution?
It hasn't gone well for me??????????? lol. Boy you sure are an arrogant smug person. Just your whole demeanor and attitude about something you copied and pasted and can't even put in your own words reeks of what you are claiming you are against - partianship. Talking with you is one big circle jerk - where the hell is Moons at least he can say what he means and not hide behind twists of words and pretty little word games. Wink, wink, cutie.

I asked 3 direct questions and you can't answer them instead you come back with more demeaning arrogance. What is sad is you somehow have it that Obama is subverting the constitution because he wants to use EOs to raise the minimum wage which our congress can't seem to find the energy to do. I have proven that Obama has used very few EOs and you still want to dismiss it with your huge superiority complex.
