Ibrahim, I am not surprised how many of your chakras are open.  Nor, that your crown is underactive. It makes sense to me, or what I know of your personality through your postings. It is the most important if you are seeking further enlightenment. Your personality is reflected and invested in your engineering training, and it only means you have little awareness beyond: What you see is what you get.

I think your Heart chakra is compensating for your root chakra at this time.  You are an empty nester, aren't you? If I am right about that, I think it is being reflected by your root chakra being under-active. You probably miss your girls, more than you admit... (maybe even to yourself), and the day to day life that they created, which was very much your life, too.

And also, your over-active Heart chakra explains all the new kitties, too....  .

The underactive Third-Eye and Crown, are not surprising if one thinks how you are learned and devote with scriptures and unshakable faith in God and the Bible. This isn't exactly aligned with tenets of the chakras, especially the reincarnation beliefs. So, I wouldn't worry too much about this one, either.

I could BE, and truthfully I already have a general impression... how could I help it?  But, you need to answer my question, first.  Did you do a self-analysis on your results? And were you pleased?  This is not a trick question. Remember, if I am not given honest answers, only divine intervention will make sense of it.

It also makes sense that you have taken this chakra test many times, and unless you tell me otherwise, I will tend to believe that.
