16 hours, pathetic. The kid had 2 days to recover before they started drilling him with interrogators. Piss poor rights when we allow exceptions to the most basic of rights and where are all the gun rights people on this. How come no one is screaming?

Apparently he was unarmed, surprise surprise.
The kid killed people as far as I know so far, I wouldn't be too worried about him being treated badly.
I expect he'll have his day in court.
The governments getting good at shutting down major cities and locking the people in their own homes.

I know, I heard that the police said he was shooting at them from the boat. Pathetic. My wife was listening to the scanner when they were negotiating with him to surrender. The officers sure like to stretch the truth. I also read that they said the wound to the neck was self inflicted but I am not so sure any longer.
I didn't say he wasn't guilty but I thought you are innocent until proven guilty. Oh well I am getting more jaded about this police state everyday.

LMAO, hell they probably heard another cop shoot and thought it was him shooting. They had binoculars and they were saying he was sticking a gun out shooting at them. Duh. We let these guys carry guns around? I guess they can't tell the difference between a gun and probably his damn finger. Crazy.

Looks like he can breathe on his own. He'll be well enough, soon enough as his condition has improved to fair. And then he'll get his trial, and it looks like the death penalty is very popular by the way most people are talking.
