It doesn't matter what you think you know, what matters is what you can prove in court.

Love how police and prosecutors can make blanket statements about people with absolutely no proof of anything. Like he is a drug dealer because they find a couple joints or my all time fav he must be in child porn because he has a program on his computer to clean it. Duh, it is called computer maintenance.

This is a teen who should have been given a lawyer from day one. No matter whether they have overwhelming evidence to convict him which BTW is all the more reason to give him a lawyer.

Ah,
it's the new world order GSD.
Security comes before all else.

Personally I'm beginning to see a lot of inconsistancies.

And a lot of the same old shit.

Exactly, what really matters is what can be proven in court.  If you have been following this there is a lot that can be proven.  I am more worried about the rights of the victims, their families and the survivors than to be concerned with the time of day Miranda was read to this murderer.  Miranda is one small facet of this case.  I think the questioning of this suspect will have little bearing on this case, but may play a huge role in preventing or limiting future horrific events like this.  The evidence is critical and will be the determining factor in the prosecution.  Many suspects do not make statements when questioned or arrested.  Confessions are the icing on a well laid, well investigated case.  Often they are not given and not needed, they will not be needed in this case.  IMHO.

Oh BS. Justice has a huge double standard. No US citizen should not be given the right to a lawyer. Read the damn drugged kid his Miranda rights, he is probably not in the right mind to say get my lawyer any ways. What a joke.

How would you expect to limit any future horrific events?
