what?? this guy admits to the drought and lack of snowfall and admits that more people = more demand for water, then somehow he says it is false to think that building more homes will impact on water because houses don't use water people use water so do not stop building houses.

 

WTF, seriously, that is twisted, how can people like this be allowed to make any decisions that impact the public.

 

The public gets accustomed to people lying to them and telling them bs, sheeple believe anything their leaders want them to believe.
