Reivision - Page 1

Hi all, I have been reading another thread that mentioned Reivision in an unflattering light. I would just like to put forward my positive experience with this company and their staff. We attended the 2005 BSZS in Ulm and subsequently ordered the full sets of DVD's and an extra single DVD for one particular dog that we fell in love with. Reivision did me a great deal on the whole lot. My order was placed and paid for just as the World Cup was starting this year. The DVD's did not turn up after 6 weeks (I allowed extra time due to the world cup), so I contacted Reivision. Without quibble, they dubbed me another whole set and resent them. You guessed it, they didn't arrive either after another 4 weeks or so. I went back to them again, fully expecting them to tell me to "go away", but instead, without arguement, they sent a THIRD full set by FedEx to me (at my FedEx expense)and I got it in Australia 5 days later. And of course, the very next day the second set turned up!!! I'd call that bloody good service!! I would deal with them anytime and will be ordering the 2006 set as well. I'd recommend them to anybody. The DVD's are great and their staff are superb. In fact, I've promised to buy them a beer at the 2007 BSZS! Thanks, Kim
