I posted in the general forum but so far no answer. I appreciate that most folks here are from US/Canada but wondered if anyone knew of these dogs. I have copied out the line breeding and would really appreciate comments on the potential of this mating.

Runag, I'm a bit of a pedigree junkie, and I have NEVER heard of any of those dogs.
The same goes for the dogs in the prospective mating pedigree, which you posted here: http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/breeding.result?father=752458&mother=2001520
That could be why no one has commented. The lines are just not known here.
What country does LOSH stand for?

I have never hear of them at all. But they still could be great dogs or not.

Hi Sunsilver
"Runag, I'm a bit of a pedigree junkie, and I have NEVER heard of any of those dogs. What country does LOSH stand for?"
I think LOSH is part of the registration of the dog and am not sure what it refer to! - here is a link to a pedigree using these letters and mentioning one of the dogs in the linebreeding. https://sites.google.com/site/vonalpenmac/-b-litter/b---pedigree I am not hot on pedigrees and was looking for some help from you experts. It is going back a few years now I suppose.
The Daelenberghutte kennels are in Belgium - link here http://www.daelenberghutte.be/index2.htm

LOSH is Belgian, Sunsilver.

LOSH is the belgium breed. reg. and dalenberghuette is rinus bastiaansen's kennel. he's pretty well known as an excellent judge of working dogs and a reliable and trustworthy breeder and exporter. plenty of people on this board, including myself, have bought from rinus. denis johnson, johnsenhaus, trialed valcko vdD some time ago and stuart nye trialed xamm, who was a very strong dog. ugo was a kick-ass dog himself and rob dunn (van meerhout) imported, trialed, and bred him. i believe van meerhout and vom germelhaus still have ugo blood and i also got a young male that's 3 on ugo. those are very strong and proven lines, although ugo can throw a bit of nerves, and i'd feed a dog with that line breeding any day of the week assuming the offspring driving the line breeding are any good.

xamm was litter brother to my ed's dam, xohra. rinus told me that the only reason he sold the dog to stuart was because he needed the money---otherwise xamm would never have left belgium. nice nice dog. zohra was one of the best females & best producers that rinus ever bred. the other was dusty, litter mate to dark. i don't know what dogs you are doing the
mating check on, but they are closely related to 3 of my own :) all excellent dogs. wish you all the luck with the litter. are you the owner of the potential breeding mates or are you looking to buy a pup from the litter. either way, you get 2 thumbs up from me. PJP

Bebo and Zeigenfarm
Thank you both for your kind comments and yes, I am lucky enough to own both of these dogs but the bitch is way too young to breed yet, only 9 months. However, it is my intention to breed from them in future so long as she is clear on hip/elbow scores. The male has been scored and haemophilia cleared.
I spoke to Rinus (via email) last year and he was interested in the male (my avatar) who is only going to be 3 this year but I could never part with him - he is one of those once in a lifetime dogs. :)

Dark was a crazy bastard. There's a reason Dusty was titled and Dark never was.

"Dark was a crazy bastard. There's a reason Dusty was titled and Dark never was."
Would you like to elaborate on that? I'd be very interested to hear the reason.
