L/C GSD or Treveuren? - Page 1

Photo 1:  The dog in question.  Is this a L/C GSD or a Treveuren?  Photo 2 is the image of a Treveuren.  I think that Dog #1 could be dog #2 with a little TLC but I don't think (head, ears, coat/undercoat that is obvious, markings, etc.) that this is a L/C GSD.

I think the dog in Photo #1 is a Treveuren, perhaps badly bred and in need of a lot of TLC but I don't think it's a L/C GSD.

Photo #1 looks like a long coat GSD to me.

I'm just not seeing a L/C GSD.  I do see a Treveuren.

As a breeder of both GSD's and Belgian Tervuren's, (correct spelling)  pic 1 could actually be either one, depending on the bloodlines and care it's been given.  Seems to have too long a body and too big of ears to be a "correct" Terv.

Thanks everyone.  Seems I'm wrong.  This dog is in a Georgia A/C facility.  I felt his close-knit, shorter ears, sharper muzzle, size and length and markings and coat were more (maybe poorly bred) Turv than L/C GSD. 

CMills:  Terveuren was the correct spelling as I (European) was raised to recognized.  Sorry for the mis-spell of one of your breeds.   Insult wasn't intended.

Thanks for getting the spelling correct.  Incidentally, everyone kept typing it "TRev", not "terv", which made me think no-one knew how to spell it!

I would vote LC GSD or could be a mix of both. We get the mixes in Rescue quite often.

As for what he is, I can't tell because my monitor sucks, and can't get it any lighter in brightness to see well.  My husband took my good monitor for himself and left me with his lousy 1. 

Looks like either/or to me, possibly a mix.
