ok well thats a lot of information but i still am unsure if i can take my dog to a working show so here is the web page that he is at and it has his score book there if some could shed some light on it and tell me he currently lives in california and i would just want to take him to local shows if you guys thing with what you see he will need a sch1 or to start can someone lead me to a reputable person that i could send him to hopefully that does the bh,ad ,and breed survey or do they do that with the working dogs? anyway hopefully not to much there was a guy who emailed me from the counrty he came from and said it would cost me 1350 usd plus shipping i am not comfortable with him so any information would be great

I looked at your dog's papers, he has an ZVV1 title issued by a FCI member country, you should have no problem at all participating in any show or trial in the United States under USA or GSDCA just enroll him in a show or trial and you are done. Please note that you have a 100% working dog and not a show specimen, although you can show him sables are usually placed behind in a beauty show. In the other hand you can participate in SchH trials but take note that your dog's working routines are slightly different from SchH routines, you have to find out for your self the differences by going to a club that trains SchH, your dog should have no problem doing SchH since ZVV is more demanding. Please forget so many opinions which I'm sure are only confusing to you and enroll your dog in show or trial. Last you have a dog with a great title unless you want to waste your money I'd forget about starting all over again...why do you want to "robotize" your dog by doing further training? being as good as he seems to be why don't you make of him a real dog that will serve a real purpose in life and be of real benefit to you?...
