According to WUSV rules a working title issued by a WUSV member country is to be accepted by any other WUSV country. Furthermore the rules to participate in the German Sieger show state that a foreign dog's working title is to be accepted if the dog comes from a WUSV country...some countries want the title issued by a SV judge but that "rule" is not a WUSV requirement. I have a dog with SVV1, german pedigree (SV) the dog was judged 1 time by Peter Messler and other german judges, brought the dog to my country (WUSV) member and had all sorts of problems, the title was never accepted, showed the dog in other WUSV countries and had no problem...it's all politics. Specifically in the US you should have no problem read the USA rules.

Sorry to disagree with Hukka. "X" judge from a WUSV country if he is an approved judge he judges the working titles of his country SVV or ZVV or other, on top of it most countries are members of FCI and when a person is an FCI judge he is above a club judge in this case SV club.
