Indianeye what do you mean by that? Please comment!

I am pasting below my response from Rocky's forum. my 2 cents - I am pretty much sure that nawab did not train anything for NYPD. I am also pretty much sure that he never came to USA. He did live in UK, near coventry while working for RAF. He is an exceptional trainer..no doubt. At some point, he was training Krishna Mohan's dogs in some plantation along with late Vishwanathan. A lot of these stories - shooting dogs etc -are just hype. Nawab's old house is indeed a club now. Incidentally, Baria's kennel in Ooty is a 5 star hotel !!! He did blow away a lot of money too. But he learned dogs the right way - by buying, breeding and showing them. That too - several breeds. Nazeer's brother is an expert on horses. it is an animal loving family. In the last few years, he has become less effective as a judge. His command over english usually helps him to justify his placings. I think that considering the greater good he has done for Indian dogdom, this should be forgiven and he is definitely worthy of a salute.

Hi, Nawab has been here in Pakistan. He Judged our all breed show, and he shwed his class also in Judging. I think the old man deserves Appreciation.

Nawab is a genius. Sometimes though I cannot understand why and what he does- of late with age catching up it is more of the latter but then who am i to talk of the Goliath. This is for sure- he can judge better than any one else under the sun or beyond it IF HE WANTS TO. The knowledge he has is awesome. I was witness to this episode. A friend took him to a diary farm the first time. He asked Nawab to select the best cow which produced max. milk. Nawab was only allowed to visually examine the cows from 10 feet away. He selected the best cow and lo and behold it was the one that produced max. milk as per Diary records. We all were stunned. There are so many such stories from actual eye witnesses. Muneer is a distant patch on this old man and there are miles to go before he sleeps. Sorry muneer but thats how big I see your old man as. Wish he taught us all a bit more though.

Nawab Nazeer studied in London and took his dog to class. He also studied in Dehra Dun where he was allowed to do the same thing. He tracked a tiger for 15 days and then followed the tiger for 10 days more in full visual contact without a bullet fired bcos he fell in love with the animal. A breeder to the core. In Vilayat Manzil ( his old palace) he was a familiar sight in short pants and undershirts and there are many who mistook him to be a servant and asked for Nawab Saheb. He would at these times be cleaning his 140 strong kennel with bucket and broom in hand. A great sculptor too - ever seen the clay models of dogs he has made himself- never have i seen such detail. Bcos this man knows every muscle, every vein in the dog. Paigah Labs were the best in the world and he has exported so many. His biggest love was GSDs and he had them in plenty. His reputation is different- few trust him. This could be because he knew the subject so much more and you never knew why he was actually selling a dog. Unfortunately we do not get along. The reasons are stupid and it started after I resigned as Secretary of his club. He will put down any dog I show - but I consider that too an achievement bcos my dog will be his second dog, never first- its not my dogs fault its his masters. No problem with me. I know Nawab too well. But friends he is no lunatic- a genius all the way.!!!!!

Great respects to my friend we have shared the ring some times much younger showing days ofcourse. It was like pleasures to listen him and watching his judging. But time has come now for him to go sleep and not make jokes for himself in judging. Muneer was a child who used to speak with me saying uncle today he is judging I am happy. But why is Nazeer always telling Muneer what to palce where. It was been a gloryful era for Nawab now its time to maintain respect. a request from a humble oldtimer to a Great man for our times.
