How do you deal with kennels that steal photo's of your breeding off your website? This Romanian kennel has my logo photo on his front page. http://www.vomhausselia.com/vanzare/vanzare_en.htm I have emailed him repeatedly asking him to remove it with no reply. Any suggestions? This is enough of a public forum, maybe send them the link to this post so they will be aware that what they're doing doesn't look good for them as a kennel and their reputation (if they have one, dont' know the kennel myself) is now being questioned throughout the world? Angela

I think this is very rude and if they like your picture they should ask permission to used it before they plaster it all over there web site!!!

Many people disable the right click function so you cannot copy the photos.

No right click was good one time but now with XP you can take a picture with-out right clicking. If a person wants a picture from you web site and they know what there doing there's no way of stopping them. You rely on honesty of the person not to steal from you!

On their front home page, they even have this site listed to look up the pedigree of their up coming litter...they must not care. =) With all the technology, why can't one just make their own stuff, no reason to steal someone elses!!!

Please stick to the original issue, really don't want to see all the bickering again on this site, it's really depressing and degrading to an otherwise good board that many of us rely on.

The only thing to do is watermark pictures, a subdued name or something on the image, nothing can prevent them from being mis-used even then but you website name or copywrite can be on it. Disabling right click has never worked for folks able to view and read html.

wow that does say alot about his puppies if he doesn't even want to show a picture of his own..... Heather
