United States, Whitesboro Vom Tal der Schatten Jennifer Aguilar

This is a good and reputable breeder in Texas.

To the original poster. Please, dude. Your logic is like saying, I only got pickpocketed in london, UK, don't go there!

Plenty of good breeders in Texas. Plenty!

Adrian Ledda and his wife - very nice too

Rodney Dean - www.dogkennelboarding.com - Vom Renaissance kennels owns the toughest GSD I have ever seen Bratz Vom Renaissance. And I mean - one tough mother effer (I think he is that tough because of strong yank and crank and compulsion training by previous owner). He is a sire to my pup.

Eurosport K9 - always predictably top notch

Jennifer Aguilar - very nice too

Melodee Middleton in Dallas, whose 2 R littermates Rocky and Rasta were number 3 and number 8 respectively a month ago at USA Nationals. Third littermate, forgot the name, but sure enough, begins with an "R", ha, ha, is also a winner of many high events.

There is many more, those are just some of top of my head.

Stay away from Heidelberg in Spring, or wherever they are. Those are show dogs, beautiful to look at, but that's it. If you want a showdog, you can get one that looks like that and works better than them.

Sorry that should be www.dogtrainingboarding.com Rod Dean's site.

Another correction. I am doing 6 things at once, gotta slow down:

"Jennifer Aguilar - very nice too" - FOR SHOW DOGS, not working lines.

Thanks Adi!    Those breeders have some really nice German Shepherds.

Yes   Adrian Ledda is number one in my books, here in Carthage..He was working Khristi , Michaels dog I bred and she was super tracker and top girl in Adrian;s books...Michael died of cancer when Khristi was 7 mos old and I took her back . Had to sell her to a trainer, she was too much dog for normal family live..Adrian was at Michaels funeral  , and on the way back to California, where he and wife actually live.  I learned from Adrian , things I should have been taught many years ago..He is one great man and I am fortunate to have known and sat at his table . He took my Bear out of my truck one morning, and Bear has only been obedienced by me , in high drive mode. He is a Korbelbach demon, pan in mouth 24-7 , and he took him onto his practice field, pulled a kong out and put Bear thru the Schutzhund  obedience routine., and Bear never missed a lick. ONly an accomplished trainer could take an untrained green to the sport, and do that...Made me proud, but made me wish I had met Adrian 40 years ago.

MeloDEE Middleton of Germelhaus is great. We are in touch with each other by email .  Russell Osborne told me about Rod Dean,  and Jennifer Aguilar is tops also.        Russell is now in another state but google him .

I agree that Eurosport is probably the best to get a dog from. They are very nice people to deal with. They are honest to a fault and also have some of the best dogs that I have seen. They own the sire to my female. I must say that they breed some top notch dogs. Eurosport has a great reputation and are very knowledgeable.

My girl Kes came from Vom Tal Der Schatten, which is in Texas. Kes is everything I asked for plus some, I am very happy with her. Her breeder Jennifer Aguilar in my opinion is an honest person to deal with, she answered any questions I had, always responded to my emails and had the registration already set up on the AKC site for me to finish by time Kes arrived. I would recommend Vom Tal Der Schatten to anyone looking for a nice showline.

I am also in Oklahoma and have lived in Texas and Heidelberg sucks!  The dogs are not structurally sound, the breeder has absurd rules you have to follow.....the list is endless!  They also SATURATE the conformaiton shows with their own dogs inorder to get Champion conformation titles on their dogs, not very sporting if you ask me!  I know of a vet that is thinking about putting a lawsuit together towards an Oklahoma breeder of Heidelberg dogs( they are located in Mannford, I think) because they give out medical advise that they are not qualified to give out!  It's called MEDICAL MALPRACTICE!

I do have a dog from Timo De La Serena....of Vom Tal Der Schatten.....he is an excellent dog!
