I,ve been looking for in info on this Organization for a couple weeks and can find no Info any where out there about it.
North America Working K9 Association , No contact info no federal association it just doesn,t seem to exist. Is anyone a member or dues payer? Is there any none profit info for it?
I,ve talked to people on other working dog sites and No one seems to know any thing about it?

Not saying you already don't have it but maybe ? NAPWDA (North American Police Work Dog Association), (www.napwda.com) or A.W.D. (American Working Dog, Inc.) ?

Appears to be another ploy of hessler to prey off those that are not knowledgeable about German Shepherds, Rotties, etc., And NO, I don't know Tim, thankfully. But I have pics of him in my head that will never be erased.
