I purchased a bred Bitch from David over a year ago. When it came time to ship, he could only ship to CA. I live in Phoenix. AZ. I could not get to CA to pick up the dog. He said he would sell her and get me another which he could ship in the winter. That never happened, He got a female and again it was to go to CA. I hired a guy to drive out there and pick her up. On the day of her arrival, he says he couldn't ship her cause the crate was not the right size. He did this again , twice. I called his local airport and he came back with another female and was told the same thing that he had to ship from Dallas or Houston. They couldn't believe he was that stupid. Only large crates are allowed out of there. He cost me about 1500.00 in additional time, Travel and hiring a man. IHe said he would get another bred female in a couple months. E-mailed many times, no answer. I finally called and got through on one of his numbers and the son of a bitch hung up. So he is a low life scammer. Do not buy any thing from him. It's not worth the hassle. He brokers any dog he can find. He never called or e-mailed again. He has a ton of complaints on this site. He's a real piece of shit. He should have been banned years ago, so other people didn't lose their money, time and grief. If I get to Texas, I'll stop say hello and bring him a big surprise.

There are so many scammers out there. I have been scammed twice now. Admin you should take these complaints more seriously. This guy will do this until he gets caught or killed. If anybody knows this guy, please contact me.

Hi My experience with David was the same. The adm put my complaint was resosolved.  I tried to work out several scenerios with him but he never followed thru.  He offered me a female that he said was bred.  I turned her down because I received info that she did not conceive before.  Sure enough she did not whelp so they tried to scam me again.  David became hostile and ugly on the phone when I called about  a replacement.  I would never buy a dog from him.

Let me assure you we take claims like this VERY seriously. I have contacted the accused for their side of the matter, thank you for posting your side.

We tried so many times to deliver the pregnant female to you and YOU kept changing the dates on us until it was to late to have the female flown to you because she was to far into her pregnancy and I will not put a pregnant female at risk because you could not get your dates straight. I have many emails that I can attach that can prove this. I was willing to send you one of my own IPO pregnant females in replacement but the only one's that we could ship in the summer through was with United airlines and again you kept changing the days and again I have emails to prove that. The other problem we were having is that United Airline made changes to the size of kennels that we could use and she was to big to fit into the biggest kennel they approved wether she was flown through San Antonio or Houston. I have NEVER not deliver a dog to anyone. I can still get you a pregnant female but you will pay for shipping to LAX. The moment that you threatened my life was when I blocked you. Again the ball is in your court. If you want a pregnant female I will get you one but she will be flown to LAX

I would like to know why he did not replace my IPO 1 female that died shortly after arriving and was not pregnant. I gave him many chances to replace her and he would agree then I would never hear from him. Did I tell him I would file criminal charges for the $7000.00, yes , when he did not contact me and a year went by. He tried to replace her with another dog that did not get pregnant. I have many emails too. He never followed thru on any promises.  David was the one that was ugly and vicsious when dealing with me.

The sentencing range for a misdemeanor theft by deception can include probation up to a year or two in jail. The range of punishment for a felony theft by deception can range from probation to twenty years or more in prison.

@Ranchlady - what did the necropsy say that the female died from ? That's really odd to get a full grown dog shipped, then have it die shortly after.. how shortly after ? Like the next day ? Next month ?

Admin cleared David in her complaint.

Admin how could David be cleared when he never followed thru with any solutions.
I sent you the contract that clearly guaranteed her to be bred.You posted that there was resolution between buyer and seller because he told you he was working on getting me a female replacement. I gave him a number of solutions to settle the debt which he would agree to and not follow through. He took my son' and my money
and we have no dog. We are out $7000. You have had at least 4 or 5 complaints about him and you protect him every time. You were very condescending when dealing with me and even suggested I was trying to scam David. Strause is right this needs to be looked at more seriously. Why would you come to that conclusion when you PM me that he was respon for that contract he signed. No matter I have been ill
following all of this I am now ready to take action.
