I purchase a confirmed pregnant female from Von Bluhen German Shepherds at the end of April. The name of the said dog is "Mery Von Tepelung". She was sold confirmed pregnant by ultrasound. The problem is the ultrasound was fake. I took the dog to the vet the day I received her, a ultrasound was done as well as a blood test. She was not pregnant. The other reason I know she was not pregnant is she is in heat. This dog will not breed natural. I had to AI her at an additional cost. Her heat cycle is also prolonged, so who knows if she can even get pregnant. I paid 3900.00 for a dog that was confirmed pregnant by ultrasound and was not. I have over 5000.00 dollars in a dog that could very well wind up a pet. They pawned off a dog they didn't want because she will not breed natural or maybe not at all.I have not received the original export pedigree in the mail. David keeps telling me they are going to send it but it never comes. I did receive a copy of it by text. I have the pictures of the original ultrasound provided as well as the one I did at my vet along with blood test. His answer was to send him 1500.00 dollars for another dog. I am not counting the airport fee or the broker fee in my total. It is well over 5000.00 invested in this dog. I am posting this so others will not go through what I have. Bad Business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We offered to have her replaced and would have even paid the $1500 shipping for the replacement female but you wanted her to come to my kennel which I told you that I could not do because I did not have the room to keep her here. Since I could not have her here you turned down to have her replaced. As far as your export pedigree it is on its way. I provided you with a copy of the export pedigree so that you could start on the AKC registration. I wish every transaction would be perfect but unfortunately they are not but we here at Von Bluhen Kennels do what ever it takes to make it right by the buyer. We have sold hundreds of dogs world wide and have many happy customers and we will continue because we are committed to providing good service. Our offer to you stands although you have decided to tarnish our name and reputation. If you want a replacement female we will get you one but she will have to go to you and NOT our kennel.

I am the owner of a male with whom Mary is mating.
Mary is the owner of my friend, he has promised to send another female Dzolli Tepelung who is mating with my male a few days ago and he is expecting a pregnancy confirmation and he will send it to the new owner Mary.
As far as ultrasound is concerned, it is best to have a veterinarian from USA with a veterinarian who confirmed Mary's pregnancy and let them consider it.
Mary pedigree is sent and I hope they will soon be able to.
Unfortunately unhappiness is happening, but it does not matter that nobody wanted to.

You never offered to send me a female at no cost. I did tell you to send a dog to your kennel and you pay 1500.00 for the dog. That of course was turned down. Go ahead and ship me a pregnant female. I also need Merys paperwork. If the dog had been mated and pregnant in the first place we wouldn't be going through this. You also know she couldn't have been mated since she is in heat. If you had offered to ship a dog to me for free I would have done that. I need her shipped to my house. Thanks

David has promised to send a female German shepherd to me at no cost. He is to supply all necessary paperwork so the female and pups can be registered. We both agree to these terms. I will repost once I have the female in my possession and she is confirmed pregnant and in good health. I will update David did as promised once everything is confirmed.
