Hi Beware for Noble Dobernmanns or Leon Buza, from Bonn,, Germany
DD: 15th March 2017

Hello Leon, sorry that actually I don't want to post but finally you block me in your face book when I asked you to send my 2 puppies as payment was done for more than 7 months now.

All dog lovers who planning to buy a puppy or dog must be known about Noble Dobermanns,

Below Noble Dobermanns Company was owned by Leon Buza, who lives in Bonn, Germany.
Full style address as shown below

Leon Buza
Noble Dobarmanns
Unless you an show that this personal information was made public by Leon Buza you cannot post it.
I bought 2 puppies from him for my friends who loves Doberman, th4 Leon sent us photos and finally agree price and for shipping. Th4 we transferred the money for 2 puppies and for shipping 7 months ago to his account. Before we paid the money, Leon said his puppies are very excellent and very active. But after we paid, he quiet for months and when we asked about puppies, he said puppies have Pervo and sicked. I don't believe in words he said to me as I never heard puppies in Germany sicked of Pervo virus. Slowly he tried to avoid my call and finally he stolen my money for 2 puppies including shipping fare.

At last, we knowing that he is not a breeder or dog lover..just a dealer..he lives only on that...
I have all conversation and payment record.....But I am not sure it can be....you said that in Germany, you can twist and no one can sue to get the money back easily..Shame on you...for this amount of money..
think about "reputation Vs money "..

So, Wishing Good luck in future Leon...better you tell your Vietnamese wife that you have cheated peoples from oversea..She might appreciated......

Any updates on this situation would be appreciated, thank you

If the info that was removed was the breeder's address, telephone number and wife's name, all of that is posted on the kennel's webpage under "Impressum", so it's safe to say that the information has been made public by Leon Buza.

Zar Chi, while you may not have ever heard of puppies in Germany become infected by parvo virus, I can assure you that the disease does not respect the boundaries of countries--so it is quite possible the breeder was being truthful regarding that issue. It certainly wouldn't excuse failing to provide either the pups you purchased or a refund of your monies if the puppies cannot be provided, however.

Hi Hexe,

thanks much for your comments and advice. Highly appreciated.
We both are getting in touch now and hope we can solve the issue.

Please let us know if the breeder steps up and we can amend the title of the thread to reflect that

At least the overwhelming majority ( if not all ) of the dogs this guy sells are no German bred dogs.
There ears are chopped - that´s forbidden for around 30 years now in my country, and it´s forbidden within any FCI clubs ...
Guess those dogs are bred in East Europe( outside of FCI ), the broker ( not breeder ) buys them for maybe $ 200 each, and sells them...

As far as I was able to find out he is neither member of DV ( German Doberman Club ) nor VDH or FCI, that said for European standard no worthwile pedigrees, in case he offers anything like that ( the paper not worth the ink ).

This guy ( he founded a "company" a couple of days ago : ND Vertriebs GbR, resposible NOW are he himself and a woman ) clearly wants to make money out of the wish of people to own Dobermans with chopped ears / tails, cause you are not able to buy FCI bred / German bred dogs of this kind.

Some people including you are willing to pay a lot of money for dogs of this kind, but nobody asks where those dogs come from ( parents/health certs/temperament/pedigrees/country of origin ).

It´s an international broker of "no standard" dogs, nothing else. A dog out of a shelter would be cheaper

In case you are able to proof everything I´d sue this guy - he took your money, and he didn´t send the dogs.

Buyer beware

Thank you, Vk and Yogi, but I am far away from brilliant...

I just found a statement from FCI; they write that they will accept chopped ears in countries that still allow it till December 31. 2024...

http://www.fci.be/de/KUPIERTE-HUNDE-VON-NORMALERWEISE-KUPIERTEN-HUNDERASSEN-246.html

( You are able to switch to the English version. )

In 2015 they officially changed the standard 143, legal August 1. 2016, but now they stepped back...

Must have calculated they would lose revenue, dog world leadership are bottom feeders.
