Hillary Clinton said that half of Donald Trump's supporters are deplorable and that they are racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. She had no right to say that. She judged and labeled people who she knows nothing about. She went too far. She should be ashamed of herself for saying such awful things about millions of people. I would not stoop so low as to judge and label people who I don't even know. I'm a Trump supporter but I won't label Hillary's supporters.

I won't label Hillary's supporters because I know nothing about them and I don't have the right to judge them. I know nothing about Hillary's supporters but I do know about Hillary. She is prejudice. I wish that labeling and judging those people was the only incident of her bigotry but there have been others. I have a message for Hillary: "Before you judge any other people, you should take a good look at yourself but you'll probably puke when you do".

Since you seem to be fair minded why don't you tell us how Trump labeling millions of people is different?

Colin Powell labeled Hillary supporters as "minions and mafia". I have no doubt they too, have deplorable moments.

Olbermann's assessment has to be correct : 100 % of people willing to turn out and listen to a Trump rally, let alone applaud what is said there, would have to be 100 % convinced his 'arguments' make at least SOME sense, have some basis in reality. Ergo, 100 % approval of his bigoted, racist speeches & views = 100 % - sounds as though that's including the OP - agreeing that he has a point, = 100 % basket of hating deplorables. Simple enough equation; don't like it, don't line yourself up with Enema.

People applauding Trump when he states his support for stop and frisk shows how he and his followers don't care about minorities or the Constitution. This NYPD policy was deemed unconstitutional by the courts. 87% of those targeted were black or Latino. But it created fear of authority in the "right" people so Trump and his followers loved it. Meanwhile, on those crackpot right-wing blog/"news" sites they still cry about how Obama is going to elect himself king. They cry about Hillary taking away our freedoms. Then you have their white knight Trump saying that he will do just that and they adore him.

It doesn't look any different to me when the left or the right do their hatefilled labeling. I don't have the energy to hate all those millions.

Who's said anything about hating them? Calling them out for things espoused by their chosen candidate is not equivalent to hating them, even though their own rhetoric appears hateful. The truth is, they're fear biters, so no reason to hate them, but plenty of reasons to call them on it.

I also find it rather telling that Trump has gone from "Make America Great Again!" to "Make America Safe (again being implied or not)". My question is, where in the Constitution are we guaranteed "safety"? Safety and freedom are on opposite ends of the spectrum, are they not?
