For those who showed interest in PSA here is a video I made from our recent mock trial. Shows some of the scenarios but handlers are permitted to also correct and train where needed. Its not a great variety but i tried to label the clips so u can see what level they r from.
Also has some muzzle fighting.
I would love to also show the overloaded defensive dogs who didnt do so good but thats not nice.
Im not the most fit and athletic decoy but I try ;-)
Enjoy.

Firstly any sport which includes muzzle work, gets the thumbs up from me.
How do they score the dogs in that faze?
Both dogs did well working the man on the ground, but were less impressive on the initial hit - more low and slow, than high and hard.
You did a great job, thanks for sharing.

Thanks. The first muzzle dog (there were 3 total) was a leg dog. The last targeted my leg in the muzzle but is normally an upper body dog, I should have made him hit me again since he didnt hit me hard (but did make contact). The exercise is worth a set amout of points. Initial hit and the fight worth a separate amount of points. Ill see if i can get the breakdown.

You did a great job. I'd love to participate in that sport with my dogs.
What sort of search, comparable to blind search, in PSA ?
Thanks for sharing.

That variation - really tests control.
Re points on the muzzle attack, even a rough breakdown, ie approximate percentages for targeting/force//fight would suffice.
Great stuff.
