Maybe you should try to exchange your pup for another one. I doubt seriously if either you or the breeder knew enough to check the testicles at the time of sale. Breeding to your sisters dog, or any dog for that matter, should only be done by people who know what their doing.
Breeders in the know have a market for their puppies and are careful where they place them. People that call themselves breeders-- end up with a litter of unwanted puppies, contributing to the shocking number of dogs destroyed each and every day at local animal shelters.
