Still I was raised that way and if not for your group I would never gotten this far. I got the import papers and the AKC papers are on the way thanks to Rebecca Cummings who is even thinking of retiring over this mess. Charles is still saying he works for her as an agent and people are contacting her and asking. She said she is telling them that's not true and let's get the word out he is not an agent he buys these dogs and never registers them saying he gets a small fee to be acting agent. BEWARE!! Charles O Durand Jr is a liar and after talking to several people I find out he has scammed many out of money! My experience with him was nothing but stressful. I did finally get my dog but no papers. He tried to give me another man's dogs papers until I brought it to his attention. I had to contact the breeder in Serbia. He sent me the papers. He has a excuse for every thing and just one lie after the other. My dog was to be shipped to Memphis, TN; didn't happen. She was shipped to Houston, TX. And again he blamed the breeder for the mix up. After paying for her to be shipped to Memphis, TN she was shipped to Houston, TX because it was $400 dollars cheaper. He said the breeder done it and he would go to Houston to get her and then meet me half way the next day and bring her to me. Half way would've been 3 hours. Then he wanted us to drive another 2 hours to meet him. Ridiculous!! Tried to tell me that I wouldn't get the crate that my dog was shipped in because the breeder leases them..bs. The breeder said that was a lie and that I paid for shipping that also includes the crate. After telling Charles O Durand jr what the breeder said, I did get my crate. Anyone that wants his mailing address; email me (jake6944@att.net) I'll be glad to give it to you. He is now operating under (Ideal Imports) on Face book.

He's a D__K plain and simple. Not sure how this guy is still in business and the police haven't arrested him for fraud. Sooner or later he is going to rip off the wrong person, hope I find out about it when it does. KARMA IS A BITCH :)

For those of you who have been scammed by this piece of art do any of you know where he got your dog from, the dates of the scam etc.

We may ban those who sell him dogs as they could then be part of the scam
