Hooray!!!! I am so glad you went and looked to see if was him in person. You just never know and like others have posted descriptions can be all over the place.  I am just really thrilled he is home. I was so dissappointed this morning to read it wasn't him after hoping it was yesturday, now to find out it is him and he is home safe where he belongs. I could not be happier for all of you! Would love to see pictures of him and the reunion when you get a chance!! Good job getting out there and looking for him too and making sure EVERYONE knew you were looking!!

Hip Hip Hooray!  Tears of JOY running down my face.  You would think it was my own dog gone missing but JOY JOY JOY Keizer is home and safe.  So very very happy for you and him.  Now your whole family can heave a sigh of relief and get back to living a normal life.  So glad you went and looked even if you didn't think it was him.  Another story to add to the list of how you can't trust other's descriptions of an animal.  Always go check it out!  JOY JOY JOY! 

You should post pix so we can see how he looks, shaved and stitches and all.

This is why folks who loose a dog should NEVER give up, and never assume anything.  What's obvious to you and I may be greek to someone else.  We searched for 5 weeks straight for Duke before finally fortune put us together again.  Even when there's a doubt that it could be  your dog.. GO LOOK!!  You just never know!!

So glad your baby's okay, and back home.  That  1st peaceful sleep once he's back home is priceless.  Duke had been out in zero temps for over a month... when he got home we put a comforter in the drier and got it all warm and toasty. The look on his face when he melted into it was beyond words.  and though it was a year ago I'm grateful every day for all the well wishers and those who helped us track him down.  I put an add in the paper thanking everyone just to let them all know he was safe and home again.  You might want to do the same...   Congrats again!
