The hallmark of an authoritarian leviathan type troll is to create a multitude of complex and draconian perceptions so that everyone appears to be in compliance with their ideals.
This effectively allows selective trollish enforcement against opinionated adversaries, and to mention, oppression of masses by causing a chilling and dumbing down effect upon further examination in a community of common interest punishable by thollorritarian rule.
