I am not one to bash other breeders or star in drama but i would like to take a moment to warn others so that they don't run the risk of being scammed by a couple of breeders in Oklahoma City. The people I am referring to are Anthony and Pysith Seng of Von Wyzal kennels. I purchased a beautiful Sable German Shepherd puppy from Anthony but the money was sent to Phsith. The night before she was to be shipped I messaged Anthony to see what type food he had her on. During our messages he mentioned the puppy being shipped by a different name that the pup I bought. When I questioned him he told me the pup being shipped was a Tri. I immediately corrected him and went back through our messages and took snapshots of our conversation including the picture of her which i copied and pasted to verify from the beginning the pup i wanted. After 15 minutes of him not responding to my messages he called apologizing that his brother had accidentally sold her to someone else and she had already been delivered. I immediately new i was being scammed so when he asked if i wanted to wait for a black & red pup from a breeding he was planning i said No I want a pup now. Long story short he sent me another sable pup who arrived looking like a fox. This pup too was on full AKC registration. After picking the puppy up from the airport i again immediately contacted Anthony to see if he was going to mail the papers out to me right away. I was told that they were just starting the process of changing the pink papers over on the sire for AKC registration. Had i of known the sire wasnt even registered with AKC as of the day he sold her to me as an AKC pup I would have never purchased her from him. It is going on 7 months and he has yet to provide any paperwork and continues to tell one lie after another. I went searching to see if any others were having problems and i was shocked at all the people that were scammed and taken by these two. I have become friends and spoken with some of the others and were informed they are more brokers than breeders and that the litters they were selling were not even bred by them. I followed them for 2 years and thought they were on the up and up but boy was i wrong. There are reviews on ripoff.com and Pedigree Database which they have been removed from and can no longer use. Myself, I have learned my lesson and as far as the Sable girl i received from them, well she has become a part of our family and is a very loyal friend so she will be staying here regardless of whether she is registered or not. I kept mum about this but after tonight talking to one of the ladies i have become friends with that was scammed out of 2000.00 and never received a pup at all i had to break my silence and face facts that i will not now or ever be getting papers for her. They took 2000.00 from this beautiful lady whose husband only has weeks to live and will succumb to cancer. I listened to her on the phone talking to him and nurturing him and i heard him struggling to reply to her. It was breaking my heart and i could here the love those two have for each other and its bad enough knowing she is going to be without her husband which could be only another week but during our phone call she received another call. Her sister had just passed from cancer. This beautiful soul is going through so much right now and to know that those two useless piece of shits took 2000.00 from her when at this time she could really use that money is beyond belief. I urge everyone to avoid Anthony and Pysith Seng of Von Wyzal kennels like the plague!

I hate to sound cold and unfeeling, and lord knows the bros Von Wyzal ought to be avoided if they have done all they have been accused of on PDB over the months ...but does anyone else read alwazalady's OP and go: "Huh ?"
The OP tells us of her contact with a woman who has been scammed by Von Wyzal. But if I were someone who had 2 relatives dying with cancer, and "at this time (she) could really use that money", would I be spending $2,000 on a new dog (whether the breeder/dealer actually sent the dog or not, correctly papered or not) ?
Plenty of dogs in shelters if she just wanted to have company and a distraction. Otherwise not in the new dog's interests either, I suspect, to be purchased at such a time. Or even shortly beforehand.

All due respect Hundmutter...

BUT... the lady who's husband passed from Cancer and wanted a GSD puppy
from Wyzal....

It's NONE of your business at all and you have NO information on her story or reason's for buying or trying to buy a puppy so... REALLY???
Pick on someone who deserves it if that's your thing!

Not 'picking on her' (since I have no idea who she is !), simply making an observation.

Telling someone to limit their dog companion choice to only shelter dogs is like telling someone on food stamps they can't use them to buy a steak.

The Vom Wyzal complaints do keep growing. Those in the market and search for a puppy might do well to start thinking of those puppy switching brothers as Vom Wiesels!

I think buyers should be aware and thankful of people posting valid complaints.

This added forum was a great idea. IMHO

Just my opinion, Bee; as that ^^ is yours. Somehow I think elsewhere you might be only too likely to tell someone they shouldn't use their food stamps to buy steak, given some of the stuff you come out with.

Note:  I haven't said anything PRO Von Wyzal by my comment, I agree they seem to have been doing a lot of bad things. Simply that in the (potential) dog's interests, if the OP's report is accurate, (and why did she feel the need to give us those details ?), it would not have been a good idea to buy it at that time, by anyone in that position, for a whole raft of reasons.  Nothing that I wouldn't have asked the lady to her face, if it had been me she'd contacted.

Hundmutter, your observation re the lady spending the money "at this time (when she) could really use the money" is perfectly accurate. And I, myself have no doubt that you're "not picking on her".

But, please understand that people tend to make mistakes, more so during the turbulent periods of their lives, and pointing that out "to her face" really sounds "cold and unfeeling" which you yourself admittedly "hate to" do.

Peace.

Great observation Swarnendo. 👍🏻HM... Not so much.

We also can't know when that individual contracted with these thieves--it could well have been before her husband and/or her sister were diagnosed or became terminal.

I do get what you're saying, Hund, but impending loss doesn't affect everyone in the same manner...and it's not that uncommon for someone who will be losing a loved one, or who already has, to look toward the raising of a youngster as a reaffirmation of life.

And heck, who couldn't "...sure use the money..."-- especially money that belonged to them in the first place--at ANY time in their life? I don't know anyone who would turn down getting a refund, or even just a no-strings-attached gift, of $2K.
