I Hate Dog Breeders shared Urgent Dogs of Miami's photo.
JERRY (A1501637) 5yr old OWNER SURRENDER Doxie/chi mix of total sadness. And yes, that is a person's belt around this little boy's neck :( Poor baby has no idea what he could have done to deserve being dumped today and yanked around by a belt on the way:( I am a male tan Dachshund mix. The shelter staff think I am about 6 years old and I weigh 16 pounds. I was turned in by my owner and I am available for adoption.
