Just found this posting for the Midway Missouri area of I-70 & Highway 40-female escaped from her crate at the truck stop while in transit to her foster home-should anyone be in this area and spot her, call Kathy @ 573-881-0547-listing stated that she has just been spayed and is wearing a blue collar-shy but friendly. Let's hope they find her asap-not a good area to be lost in.

This listing has been removed without explanation-hopefully she was recovered alive.

Unfortunately thats a black eye for the transport. That was my greatest fear shipping sarge on a 3 day transit altho he is very people orientated and well crate trained.

Just read on a local rescue's facebook page that this girl was indeed found and is with her ARFF foster home! YAY!!!!!

There's a busy highway in front of the Truck Stop and I-70 down the embankment-one lucky/smart girl.

very glad to hear she is safe.  probably ran out of fear.  hopefully, she will get over
that & her new family won't have any further problems.

This is my WORST fear, as I prepare to pick up a rescue in W. Virginia!   Weatther allowing, it will be a one-day trip home, but still there will have to be a couple of pee breaks....
