Hello everyone! First let us say THANK YOU each and every one of you that had responded to our request of a female to purchase, we were amazed and overwhelmed at the response we recieved, as well as the variety of females offered to us. Some were definatley out of our price range, some were too young, and some were simply not worth to us what they were to the seller. Not to single anyone out in particular, but we do really want thank these people in particular for being so professional and courteous to deal with, Farrah of Kay Kohl Land, DH, Mark Leirs and of course many others! Although we did not purchase a dog through any of the above listed, they were very pleasant and prompt in communication etc. As a side not, Mark's female was apparantly so nice, she was offered to us by 5 different people..LOL OK, now on to the purpose of this post: We had of course recently posted here to find a female, we had decided on an older proven female and our plan was to have one litter with her. Since we have the space and time, we would keep all the litter and raise and train them to one year,do hips and elbows etc, then make our "picks" from there. The remaining pups would then be placed with other working or companion homes. Well, after numerous replies from a large mix of brokers and wheelers-dealers and a few really nice people as well , we had the pleasure of corresponding with a very nice woman from Illinois, this woman is Amy Schroedl from vom Neo Haus, www.vomneohaus.com . Amy put us in contact with her very good friend, kennel partner and mentor, Werner Schneck and his kennel Barockschloessle www.barockschloessle.de We cannot say enough wonderful things about both Amy and Werner. When Amy told her mentor Werner about us, and what we were looking for, he offered us a female well beyond what we were looking for! He had other interested parties for his female SG-Tonga vom Alten Wingertshaus SchH1 "a" Normal DNA, ("Tonga" is SchH1 and is trained in Narcotics Detection), but Werner liked what we had to offer in the way of a permanant home for a female and our goals etc, so he made us a once in a lifetime incredible offer we could not refuse! Not only did both Werner and Amy go out of their way to make this happen, they ignored the almighty $$, and decided on a home where Tonga would be a cherished "family member" first and foremost, this is what Werner stressed was most important to him for his Tonga. She will of course have that with us! We are so very excited to be able to welcome this outstanding girl into our home soon..she will arrive this monday if all goes well with the weather! We can hardly wait to get her! We are also excited that we will have a dog that is still young enough to work, and we can go ahead and have some fun with while we finish her to SchH3 and Koer her as well maybe some FH's. So, in closing, once again, THANK YOU to each and every one of you who did respond to our request, and thank you to Oli for such an amazing resource that this board is, but most of all, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Werner and Amy! You two people are simply FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend ANYONE consider these two kennels for their next dog! Terry

Hi Het and Saoa We have been visitors to this board for a long time, and see so many complaints etc from dog deals that went bad for one reason or another, we just thought that we should step up to the plate and do a public THANK YOU for a GOOD dog deal for a change..no one seems to be nearly as anxious to do THAT these days :)
