Trump is serving a useful purpose. The sexist, bigots and racists who support Trump are emboldened to come out from under their rocks and out from behind their fake organizations. Presently 30% of likely Republican voters embrace the views and policies that Trump preaches to those unwashed masses. Republicans are 40% of registered voters so about 12% of the US population supports Trump and his racist, sexist, and bigoted views. When the election is over the portion of the 88% of voters left after the bigots, racists, and sexists cast their votes will decide the future of US democracy. The racists, sexists and bigots will climb back under their rocks and wait for the rapture or the zombie apocalypse to free them from the unfairness of democracy and laws.

Not to mention he is facist as well. Give me socialism over facism anyday of the week.

I would suggest all of the people that voted for the white president that is half black because he ran as African American are racist as well. He said he was going to undo NAFTA, instead he helped expand exporting of industry and jobs. Because he claimed he was going to make health care affordable for everyone....instead he passed a program that created more wealth for insurance companies and mandatory purchase of a product by Americans or else fines/taxes levied. He created unaffordable health insurance premiums with detuctables that are unaffordable and 'consumers' are forced to buy into the scam.

The USA has been run by the fascist since Reagan took office. Illegal wars and murders, out of control military, defense, and spy spending are just the tells of a fascist government. When Reagan took office the national debt was less than one trillion dollars and it ballooned under Reagan and the first Bush as corporate interests in war and defense spending bloomed. Military spending is what has put our nation in so much debt. When our nation spends trillions on wars that build no infrastructure in the USA and the profits go to corporate arms makers with off shore bank accounts then the fascists are running the nation. The bankers looted the national treasury and the average citizens bank and retirement count under George W Bush with not a single banker being punished for the crimes. Trillions spent in Iraq and Afghanistan to profit arms makers and defense contractors who fed kick backs to congress to keep the money flow coming. Since 1980 by every measure the average American has gotten poorer and the rich 1% have gotten richer. Park Avenue has been running our military and government for 35 years and the USA is as fascist as Italy was under Mussolini.  Our US Supreme Court ruled that corporations are people and that corporate money both foreign and domestic is free speech.  Clearly money talks and the fascists are talking to our elected leaders from local zoning boards to the president.
